As a Chemical Science Major at Xavier University, anticipated to graduate in 2025, Lance’s academic path has been complemented by a strong background in research, specifically in clinical pharmacology and analytical chemistry. His journey into data processing and automation is unique, as he initially did not have a formal education in coding. However, through the use of AI tools and on-site training in his previous roles, he has developed these skills effectively. His experience has primarily been focused on HIV-focused clinical trial data analysis and drug kinetics modeling, utilizing advanced software tools. This foundation in research has been useful in his current role at Woxi, where he applies this blend of analytical expertise and newly acquired coding skills to tackle complex data processing challenges.

 

Outside of his professional and academic pursuits, Lance is passionate about entrepreneurship, rugby, and contributing to his community through volunteer search and rescue efforts.
