At Woxi, Jason’s primary focus is client engagement. He is the first point of contact, leading all aspects of the Woxi client experience from training and onboarding through ongoing support and program evolution. Jason also serves as the voice of the client within Woxi, ensuring their needs are central to our product development efforts so we can continue to create solutions that are a delight to use.

Jason has experience across a wide range of market research disciplines, but his true passion and primary focus is innovation; namely, helping industry-leading companies introduce world-class products that successfully address consumer needs while delivering value for stakeholders. Jason has worked with top companies to revolutionize how they innovate, from uncovering meaningful product ideas to bringing these initiatives to market and optimizing their long-term performance.

After beginning his career in advertising research, Jason spent 13 years working in various client-facing roles at Nielsen BASES, a leading innovation consultancy and forecasting firm. He also spent time at Kantar and Phoenix, leading dedicated consulting teams, designing and delivering research programs, and ultimately helping his clients harness critical insights to consistently win in the marketplace.

Jason holds a BS in Economics from the University of Kentucky. He lives outside Cincinnati with his wife and two sons.
